Pricing
Each staff seat is £100 a month and covers the core system. Each pack your estate runs is a flat monthly price, however many staff you have. Larger teams pay less per seat. There is no minimum, family and customer accounts are free, and paying yearly saves 2 months.

In every seat
Included with every seat, whatever packs you choose. Lone-worker safety and compliance are part of it, not extras.
Packs
Choose the packs your estate needs. A grouse moor with no cottages doesn't need lettings, for example. Each pack costs the same whether five people use it or fifty. All 7 together come to £5,000 a month on top of the seats.

Larger teams pay less per seat
The discount works like tax bands. It applies only to the seats within each band, so taking on one more person never adds more than one seat's cost to the bill.

Groups. Each estate is priced on its own seats and packs. Two or more under one owner take 10% off the whole bill, and share one console.
Annual. Pay monthly on a rolling basis at list price, or pay yearly and get 2 months free. You pay for 10 months instead of 12.
Charged per estate, not per seat
Standard support, in the app and by email with a reply the next working day, is included in the base. Pick one level, or stick with standard support.

A phone line, a named contact and a four-hour response in working hours, and we aim for 99.9% uptime.

A named account manager, a one-hour response and a day on site every quarter. Your requests for new features go to the front of the queue.
