Every staff seat is £100 a month for the whole core. Then each pack your estate actually runs is one flat price a month, whether you have five staff or fifty. Bigger teams pay less a seat, and that is the bill. No minimum, no floor, no bundle to take whole. Family and customer accounts are free and unlimited. Pay yearly and 2 months come off.

In every seat
What no estate runs without. It is in every seat, whatever else you pick — including lone-worker safety and compliance, which are not add-ons.
Then only the packs you have
A grouse moor with no cottages should not be paying for lettings. Take the ones the place actually runs and leave the rest. A pack costs the same whether five people use it or fifty; all 7 on is £5,000 a month on top of the seats.

The more of you there are, the less a seat costs
Like tax bands: the discount applies to the seats in that band, not to all of them — so taking someone on never puts your bill up by more than that one seat, and there is no cliff to fall off.

Groups. Each estate is priced on its own seats and packs. Two or more under one owner take 10% off the whole bill, and share one console.
Annual. Rolling monthly at list, or pay for the year and 2 months come off — 12 × monthly less 2.
Estate-level things, not per person
Standard support — in-app and email, next working day — is in the base. These are levels of one thing: you take one, or neither.
Support — priority

A phone line, a four-hour response in working hours and a named contact, against 99.9% uptime. Standard support is in every seat already.
Support — managed
£1,200/mo
A named account manager, a one-hour response and a day on site every quarter. Your build requests jump the queue.
Your estate out in front of customers. Levels again — each one includes the one below it, and you pay for the level you pick.
